Prayers Needed for theCambodia Boarding Academy Project

Over the last year, the Howells have been working with the future teachers for the Cambodia Boarding Academy project, to help prepare them for the roles God is calling them to. God is doing amazing things in these young teachers’ lives as they are learning and growing academically and spiritually, but they need your prayers.
Religious difficulties in their previous school in Cambodia prompted them to look for a different school, and God is opening doors for them to attend Mountain View College in the Philippines. Mountain View College is the home of the SULADS. By sending the future teachers to this school, we pray that they will not only receive the education they need, but that they will be inspired by the SULADS’ missionary spirit.
In order for the students to go to the Philippines they need to be proficient in English by the time school starts in August. They will also need $5,000 per student in order to travel to the Philippines and complete their first year of studies, and $3,000 for each remaining year, which is less expensive than sending them to school in Thailand. We are planning to send ten students. Please pray for God to help them with their English studies and to provide for these needs.
We would also like to request your prayers for Natalie and Alysa Howell who are planning a short trip to the U.S. to take care of some important personal matters. They were supposed to come sooner but were delayed. Please pray for God to bring them here safely and help them accomplish what they need to before returning to Cambodia. Another missionary in Cambodia will be assisting with the future teachers’ English studies while Natalie and Alysa are gone.
